I was well informed during the buying process
Great communication, supportive team and great outcome
Excellent communication throughout campaign. Excellent negotiator
The team of Andrew and Charles delivered an exceptional result in the sale of our property. Their conduct was always highly professional and, as such, gave us confidence that this significant transaction was in the best of hands. We felt well-informed at each step along the way and are so glad we chose the A Team!
Very professional service
Happy with the whole process - team worked with us to get the best outcome on the day
Andrew Luke is by far one of the most professional agents I have met. Excellent support, customer service and professional approach.
We used Andrew from Jellis Craig for our sale in Blackburn South because of his high ratings in the area. Andrew lives locally and intimately knows the market, getting us the best possible result. Would highly recommend.
Andrew Luke was an excellent agent. He lives locally so we were already in front. He was respectful of our time lines and expectations. He had a genuine open & honest approach to his work which we really appreciated - he provided regular updates, gave great advice on presentation & went above expectations with unexpected private viewings. His follow up with potential buyers was excellent and on the day of the auction he worked extremely hard to get us a great result. So glad we went with Andrew & Jellis Craig.
Andrew was professional, approachable and sincere. I believe this was evident to the potential and final purchaser of the property. We had the property with another agent prior to Andrew and Jellis Craig and didnt receive even one written offer. The sale strategy Andrew put together was much more appropriate and therefore successful. I have have no reservations in recommending Andrew to any vendor.
