I recently worked with Andrew and future realty SA to sell a property. Andrew came and met with me, walked me through the whole process and I really felt like I could ask any questions. He really made me feel at ease. And once the property was on the market Andrew checked in with me and made sure everything was smooth and what we had talked about was being executed. Within two weeks the property was put under contract with a price that we had expected and we were happy with. Ive worked with real estate agents in the past who have made me feel like Im working with a dodgy used car salesman. With Andrew it was like I was dealing with a friend that is also a great realtor and achieved the price I was after . The whole process did not feel stressful at all and Id gladly use him and his company again.
