"You've done it again!"

For the second time, Andrew has been trusted with the sale of my property. Twice he has listed, twice he has had instant results, twice he has brought to Contract in just a few days, and at a great price!

"Very supportive and helpful"

I had a tricky purchase with delays and a few confusing things but Andrew helped me out several times and did everything he could to make the sale go through smoothly. I'm so excited to finally buy my own place Andrew made the whole process very easy.

We found Andrew very passionate about his ability to help sell out property. As it was our first time selling our property Andrew was there to guide us through the process. Andrew communication with us was outstanding and always there to give advise. We will recommend Andrew to anyone that is looking to sell or buy property. Thankyou Andrew.

"Kind, efficient and experienced"

I recently worked with Andrew and future realty SA to sell a property. Andrew came and met with me, walked me through the whole process and I really felt like I could ask any questions. He really made me feel at ease. And once the property was on the market Andrew checked in with me and made sure everything was smooth and what we had talked about was being executed. Within two weeks the property was put under contract with a price that we had expected and we were happy with. Ive worked with real estate agents in the past who have made me feel like Im working with a dodgy used car salesman. With Andrew it was like I was dealing with a friend that is also a great realtor and achieved the price I was after . The whole process did not feel stressful at all and Id gladly use him and his company again.

"Just like MARY POPPINS - PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!"

Everything I could think to say about Andrew's expertise would be a 100%+ positive. His skills in the field of real estate are unsurpassed, his attention to detail and communications skills are without fault. Andrew would call to inform us of any development so that we always had full knowledge of the current situation - and in all his dealings, Andrew was always absolutely professional, efficient, kind and courteous.

"Five Star Service and Results"

Andrew's commitment to customer service is outstanding, he was always available to answer any questions and talk with me about the sales process. Following a couple of contract failures Andrew continued to market and find buyers for my two blocks of land and ended up getting me a higher price than was expected. I could not recommend Andrew more highly, he is a consummate professional who will always be my first Real Estate Agent of choice, truly the gold standard.
