Being from out of QLD we were potential bunnies to purchasing a property here in Cannonvale but Anne would never allow that. She gave us wonderful guidance through out, negotiated, assisted in providing the legals, obtained all the information we required with the poise and grace of a true PROFFESSIONAL. I have bought and sold property with Anne, and all I can say is that she is the most knowledgeable,smart,easy going, very very honest and straightforward,helpful, she's lovely, flexible with her time, she made me feel very comfortable. Before I met Anne, I was very worried on buying property because I have no idea where to start or pretty much I have zero clue what to consider on buying a property.. Anne have tought me so many things, she has guide me through EVERYTHING! From picking a property all the way through.. i can't be happier and content with her... I didn't have to do anything pretty much, she's done all the foot work *hard work*... she's all you need weather selling your property or buying your dream house. I will buy my dream house soon and Anne is and will be my number 1 person for that. She's amazing!!!
