Anthony was excellent to work with, his explanations regarding the sale of our house were clear and complete. As Auctioneer on the day he worked very hard to get the best outcome for us. The auction lasted 50 minutes and Anthony kept the auction momentum going the whole time. I would be very happy to deal with Anthony again as I would with the whole of the Stockdale & Leggo team who provided support.

"First rate job"

Stocktake and Leggo provided a brilliant start to finish service that culminated in an excellent final price achieved on our house. Throughout our sale journey we felt comfortable in talking with the team about any thoughts or concerns that popped into our head (e.g. How should we prepare the house for inspection? Where should we advertise our house? How much should we spend on advertising? What happens if we don't sell at auction? What reserve should we set? Etc etc.) No question was too hard. On the auction day all the bases were covered...the entire team looked after us and our auction result blew us away! A huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making, what could of been such an incredibly stressful time, so manageable!

"Genuine person, one of the VERY few trust worthy agents."

Obviously the property sold and I'm very happy otherwise I wouldnt be writing this review. In fact I'm normally too lazy to write a review unless the service is so bad that I need to warn others from it, or its so good, this is the only way I can say thanks. I finally chose Anthony from S&L after going through 5 agents in total. Anthony on first encounter seemed like a genuine person, and was the only one focused on the house and how to sell the house, and how to get the best price for the house, rather than boasting about them selves or their past sales etc. another thing that assured me was that the whole company (stockdale and leggo) actually works together. There's no under table between agents.They're not palming off or snatching from other agents for commission etc. Everything was clear and upfront. No hidden surprises. Anthony was honest and hardworking the whole time. Professional and honest. This was the most painless experience and most the hassles were caused on my behalf and even then, Anthony was very professional and helped us through it. In summary if you're looking for a agent that's honest, ethical I know, hard to believe) from both buyer and seller point of view, Anthony from Stockdale and Leggo should be up there on your list.

"Happy we had Anthony"

Anthony was great to deal with from the first time we met at inspection right through to signing the contracts. My wife and I wanted someone who was knowlegable, but also honest, and we really got that impression straight away with Anthony. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had about the property, including organising a building inspection prior to purchase, and no request was ever too much trouble for him. We would not hesitate to recommend Anthony to our friends or family looking for an real estate agent!

"Stockdale & Leggo Blackburn"

I have had a long relationship with Stockdale & Lego Blackburn, beginning back in 1993 when after much searching I purchased my first home. This was a fairly simple transaction but our relationship was renewed again in 2009 when we moved to the country and rented the house out. We appreciated the family business and the care they showed us and the tenants. We found it a pleasure to be able to speak to familiar voices over the phone and to know who was doing the inspections. So when it recently came to sell they where an obvious choice but I felt the need to do due diligence so spoke with a number of agents before going ahead. Frank and Anthony where highly competitive and offered sound advice so I once again utilised there services. Anthony made a great little video with his gentle not so pushy stile coming through, the team put a great marketing campaign together leading to an enthusiastic crowd on auction day. Anthony and the team did a great job on the day and we are very very pleased with the outcome. Well done guys!
