"100% happy"

Right from the start we felt comfortable dealing with Anthony and as first time sellers we relied on him heavily to help us through the process. He was always friendly and professional, in fact when we phoned him with an issue at the start of our campaign he arrived at our apartment within 30 minutes (unasked) to personally help us resolve it. We sold our property within 2 weeks of listing and are extremely happy with the outcome. We couldn't be happier with our choice of agent, thanks Anthony!

"An agent who has your best interests at heart - whether buyer or seller"

We just bought a property through Anthony although our relationship with him extends back a few years, both as a buyer and potential seller in Cammeray. The thing that struck us from the beginning was how much time Anthony was willing to invest in really trying to understand exactly what we were after as a buyer and when we asked, in explaining how best to get a top price, as a seller. At one point we were looking very seriously at a property that we weren't buying through him while at the same time deciding not to sell our current property and despite there being no obvious gain for him, he invested a lot of his time in guiding us on how to successfully bid for the property. We were very pleasantly surprised but we really appreciated it. He clearly has a long term view and his strength lies in the relationships he builds with his clients, rather than solely focusing and investing in short-term or one off opportunities. He is also very honest and behaves with integrity. From the very beginning Anthony knew that the house we eventually purchased was the one for us and he made sure there were no surprises for us leading up to the auction. We really felt he looked out for us whilst at the same time getting a fantastic result for the vendor. As a vendor it would be reassuring to know that Anthony really understands his buyers needs and often has the buyer for your property already. All in all we feel Anthony is a great agent and we would highly recommend him.

"Amazing Job - a true professional at all times"

Anthony from my first email of enquirer until exchange. He made the whole experience a delight and kept me informed the entire time. His communication skills and updates help us in understanding the journey we were on. I would highly recommend Anthony.

"I can't recommend Anthony highly enough"

The process of selling our property at Cabramatta Rd, Mosman went off without a hitch. This was due to the professionalism and local knowledge of Anthony Cowie & Colin Craig from LJ Hooker Mosman. Anthony was recommended to us by a family friend however we were still open to other agents until the initial meeting. After this, there was no question that LJ Hooker Mosman were going to market and manage the sale with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. Although I was located interstate on all but a couple of days of the campaign, it felt as though the team were just around the corner. When it came to sorting out a troublesome alarm, garden maintenance and the removal of unwanted household items, Anthony was on the spot to attend to them. I can't recommend Anthony & Colin highly enough. Best of all - you achieved a price at auction beyond our expectations! Thank You!

"A dream result"

Anthony was very dedicated to this campaign and whilst he clearly was connected to the potential purchasers, ultimately I felt comfortable that he was looking after the sellers best interests. He put a lot of work into the sales process, leaving no stone unturned and attending to every little detail. It was a dream result with a record breaking number of contracts released and a strong turn out on auction day of genuinely interested buyers which ensured the property sold for a good market price. Anthony sets a good example for other agents to follow!

"Anthony Cowie is professional and totally trustworthy to work with when purchasing or selling a property."

I first met Anthony at an open inspection for a property in Cammeray. I found him to be pleasant and truthful about the property we were inspecting i.e.: what the price would be and what the interest was etc. We also shared a sense of humour which always helps! I immediately had a sense of trust a very rare thing these days! I was thinking about selling my apartment and because of its position several agents had pushed for my business and promised me this and that to go with them. Anthony never pushed for my business or hassled me about buying anything he was up front and pleasant at all times. anything he told me in relation to the sale and cost was accurate. I sold my flat at the price I wanted, and he was fair and honest to both parties who were interested. I also was overseas whilst it all happened! I would highly recommend him. I have sold over 6 properties and this sale was the smoothest and least stressful to me because of Anthony!

I met Anthony years ago at the beginning of our slow property search, his honest and up front manner made me decide he would be who we wanted to deal with. Thank you!

"Polite, professional, and a man of integrity"

I engaged Anthony Cowie to assist me in the sale of an investment property in Cremorne Point. I actually met Anthony a couple of years ago when I was an under bidder on a property in Cammeray and I knew he was very professional from a purchasers perspective so as a seller I had great confidence in his ability to implement and manage a great campaign for me. Anthony handled all aspects of the sale process like a true gentleman, he always kept me informed, and he was honest and realistic which helped me to manage my expectations. I highly recommend Anthony Cowie to anyone looking to sell a property.

"A Rare Breed"

You get out of life what you put in do you?" was something Anthony once mentioned to me after a follow up call at 9pm one weeknight evening. I had commented on the tough hours he worked. We first came across Anthony after he sold a neighbors home in Cammeray achieving an incredible result. When the time came to place our investment property on the market he was one of the first calls I made and I quickly became the last. Anthony immediately instills confidence and trust, with a terrific local market knowledge and buyer network. From long before we formally engaged him or LJ Hooker he made time to work through our questions, concerns and strategy for sale. Over the course of our campaign he and his team were always professional and available for anything we our our prospective buyers needed. What really struck me however were the in depth discussions he had with prospective buyers, understanding their circumstances and needs, and marketing our property. This was the difference, and I could see that the confidence he instilled in us, was the same confidence and trust our buyers were met with. At Auction we achieved in excess of what we had hoped in no small part due to Anthony's efforts and that of his team throughout his campaign. I have zero hesitation in recommending Anthony to anyone looking to sell their property.
