Money has been spent recently on this strip, new developments have modernised the street and the new arcades have an excellent choice of unique shops and gourmet food. You won't find much residential here, but mainly commercial and local pubs and cafes as well as the Ferry that is at the end of the street.
Located at the end of South Perth, this property has the foreshore at the end of the street. It is really close access to Berwick Street and those shops. Anstey Street has a lot of strata complex units which means that there is some congestion with street parking. Apart from that it is an easy walk to the Angelo Street café strip and local schools.
