"Street congestion"
Anstey Street has a lot of strata complex units which means that there is some congestion with street parking. Apart from that it is an easy walk to the Angelo Street café strip and local schools. Plenty of rentals available on the street and a good mix of people.

"Two to three bedroom home near shops allows pets"
Excellent house, my partner and I lived there for six months. It was easy to clean and only 500 meters from a Coles supermarket. We have a Kelpie and he was happy with the huge backyard. It really is a three bedroom house and I think the location makes it ideal for two to three university students from either UWA or Curtin. We left the house to follow our careers in Geraldton otherwise we would have stayed there longer.
