We have had an amazing experience with both Barry & Christine! My Husband and I both having to sell our very first home was a big leap and a bit scary too, but we have been well informed every step of the way and Christine & Barry went above and beyond for us and worked with and around us to get the sale we wanted! 100% Highly Recommend!!
Christine and Barry at Century 21 Pakenham are true real estate professionals. My research showed that C21 delivered consistent sales results at fair market value and will not undersell a home. Their evaluation was accurate and in line with our expectations, and their local market knowledge is impeccable. Their personas are highly professional, yet relaxed. They achieved a sale at fair market value and agreeable settlement terms in just under a week and were most helpful with post sales support.
Barrys long experience as a real estate agent was obvious from the first moment we met him. He definitely knows the market as well as the vendors needs, so he can put it together to find the vendor the best sale.
We had a wonderful purchasing experience with Barry. As first home buyers the process of purchasing our home appeared overwhelming. However, Barry walked us through the entire process step by step. He was always very respectful towards us and was responsive to all our enquiries. One thing that really stood out about Barry was that he wasnt in your face like some of the other agents we met along the way. Thanks Barry, for everything.
Barry achieved a sale in a difficult climate. He always kept me informed and followed up with prospective purchaser. Professional, honest and straight to the point.
We were on the buying end and found our experience to be reasonably smooth after a fair bit of negotiation. Barry worked hard to find a meeting point financially and eventually the purchase was done and dusted. We were very happy with the final result. He was very thoughtful in the final phase, we were presented with a beautiful presentation box with body scrubs and for two female purchasers it was very thoughtful. On the day of our move Barry also turned up with dinner for us, and our helpers and it was absolutely appreciated after a long day. After all documents and money was done, it was the little things that just put the icing on the cake so to speak. Thanks again.
Thankyou Barry for making the whole selling process for us Effortless. Everything was explained clearly and your communication was fantastic throughout the selling process. The whole Century 21 team was amazing, thanks.
We were looking for our first family home, Barry made this an extremely easy and smooth process. Starting from making time for us to do a private inspection at a separate time than the scheduled inspection time, to taking us through the making an offer process and consistently calling, checking and updating us on our progress on our offer. He was professional throughout the whole process and is overall a great agent. We would definitely recommend him to others.
Barry and his partner in crime Christine made us feel comfortable from day one that our decision to use them was the best decision we could make. Very good communication every step of the way and providing an excellent outcome in selling our property in this tough market. If you want results and peace of mind, I would recommend using Barry anytime.
Couldnt fault the service that was received, not worried once. We were always kept in the loop on all aspects of the sale. Barry had excellent knowledge of the market and got us a great price.
