"LOVE THE NEW HOUSE"

We were on the buying end and found our experience to be reasonably smooth after a fair bit of negotiation. Barry worked hard to find a meeting point financially and eventually the purchase was done and dusted. We were very happy with the final result. He was very thoughtful in the final phase, we were presented with a beautiful presentation box with body scrubs and for two female purchasers it was very thoughtful. On the day of our move Barry also turned up with dinner for us, and our helpers and it was absolutely appreciated after a long day. After all documents and money was done, it was the little things that just put the icing on the cake so to speak. Thanks again.
