I chose to go with Ray White due to the brand's good name and observed prior results. Ben and his team didn't disappoint. From the start of our discussions Ben was very helpful, open, friendly, always very responsive and put together a very competitive marketing and commissions package. The open houses all ran very smoothly, seamlessly as far as I was concerned, with regular and detailed feedback. The auction day was very well organised with feedback prior to the auction being regularly provided as to the status of potential "Hot" buyers and their registration to bid. One thing that really impressed me was that Ben had a very good memory of the potential buyers names and discussions that he had held with them without having to refer to notes. The auctioneer, Alex, that Ben had selected really knew the area, outlined prior to the auction his strategy to maximise the sale price and delivered a great result in line with that strategy. I've been very happy with Ben and his team all round and would recommend him and his team without hesitation.
