I didn't live there but i have visited there five times or more already, I have relatives live there a long time before. They are retirees. Although I didn't live there but I am know well about the facilities there.
it is convenient cause just a short walk about 5minutes to arrived the shopping mall.And the shopping mall has a lot of facilities and shops,such as book store , games stores ,food court and a big sport instrument store.Also ,there is a park near there,peoples can have some leisure walking with fresh air.There are a important point, is the public transport .There are many bus there for you to go to other places .There are many other good points,I don't want to let my fingers tire so I will type the last point.It is the value.the value raise a lot from ten to twenty years before.I knew that from my relatives,one of them bought a house there,it was about 290,000$(correct to the nearest ten thousand) at about ten to twenty years before,at now it raised to nearly 500,000(correct to the nearest hundred thousand) by the offer prize.
