"Confidence"

Confidence Thats the one word summary of our experience with Bernard and Colin and the LJ Hooker team. Bernard inspired confidence throughout the process and, having seen him in action selling other houses, we know he inspires confidence in purchasers too. Im sure no sale is without its ups and downs but Bernard shared his plans and strategies in a way we felt we could contribute and build on his confidence. The post sale experience was a bonus too, with all the help from Mary-Jane on settling the property. There was an additional sense of confidence provided by having such a good back up team. All-in-all a very positive experience and good outcome.

Selling one's home is stressful! However, our choice of going with LJ Hooker Mosman was the right decision. Working with 3 key people - Richard Harding, Bernard Ryan and Mary-Jane Hamer - a professional team in action at all times. From our first point of contact to the final inspection! Meetings to plan marketing and all aspects of selling were to the point and delivered as planned. Communication is the key to success - everyone was aware of their role in the process.
