Bill is a very experienced real estate agent, he sold our old home for us and we received the asking price - after only 3 weeks on the market and when we bought our new home his knowledge, reliability and caring attitude was exceptional...a true gentleman! We originally contacted Bill Dow when we were searching for a block of land. Although the land of our first enquiry was not suitable , Bill took the initiative to see if there was something more suitable in his portfolio. And indeed there was! We were delighted with the land options he recommended and wepromptly put a contract on one. He was the only agent of all whom we contacted that promply returned our calls, helped us and asked questions to see if he could meet our needs. The other agents couldn't seem to care less. So naturally when it was time to sell our house to fund the build we turned to again to Bill. At all stages he kept us in the loop. He was at an open house at our location every week rain, hail, or shine. He was so determined to sell our house and get the best possible price for us , which he did. Thank you so much Bill. "Facilitating The Deal"

Bill's straight forward approach, credibility, and helpfulness was mutually beneficial to me as buyer but also I suggest to the vendor. I suggest that his honesty and proper representation in the negotiation facilitated the transaction with as little stress as possible on either side, and was reassuring in a climate where unrealistic positions and false claims often set the tones for disrepute and dissatifaction, or prolong marketing to nobodies benefit.
