I am very happy with the level of service from my property manager Breanna Hall from Ray White Cranbourne. I am a foreign owner of the property and it is not unexpected that my bills relating to the property has to be handled by the appointed manager, deducting necessary bills from rental received and at the same time keeping me informed before hand any payments to expect in the next month's statement. Well, my previous management company (appointed by developer) did not do that. I was slapped with a court order for non payment and had to pay a hefty penalty and this company just happily took them out from my rental income, not acknowledging their mistake nor taking responsibility on the penalty sum. To my biggest relief, the management of my same property is now under the care of Breanna Hall. I am now better informed, bills are handled and copied to me, and I get timely statements every month. I also note that there are regular inspection on my property so this gives me as a foreign owner a peace of mind. Definitely Ray White Cranbourne upholds a high level of professionalism. Thank you.
