"We are glad he was on our side of the deal"
A professional presentation of a well thought out marketing strategy, plus a sale price estimate that agreed with my own (I am a qualified land valuer) convinced us to go with Brett. Kept in touch and produced formal reports of open inspections. Crucially, negotiated with prospective buyers himself rather than being the "rainmaker" and leaving the selling to an inexperienced junior. Prepared to be flexible and cancel the auction in favour of a "no cooling-off" sale. Awesome negotiator and managed a price at the upper end of a fair market range.

“In the centre of the best”
Norwood is often spoken about in quarters by the residents and the North East corner is the one they argue over as being the best. Beulah rd runs through the centre of this quarter and has glorious homes and a very leafy green street. Hard to believe you are so close to the vibrant Parade and CBD

“Short little street in a great location”
Rosalind street is just of Glynburn rd, providing good access to wherever you want to go. What I like about this tree is runs along the creek and even has its own little grass area. It is positioned walking distance to a great little IGA and other shops. It is nice street with large trees and nice homes.

“Can see the city but feels like the country”
I really love this street, it has Peace and quiet due to to the no thru road the large trees provide plenty of Bird life and there is views to the city. A real gem still within 15 minutes to the city.

“Awesome street to be walking distance from.”
Parade can get very busy so most wouldnt want to live on it but would be great to be walking distance from, it offers so much and one of the best streets in the whole of Adelaide to spend time at. It has so much to do from shops, cafes, bars, cinema and fitness. Really trendy strip and good to visit anytime of the day.
