We found Bryce after the sad passing of our mother, who guided us in the sale of her property. We were not aware of the amount of work required, particularly the probate process, but Bryce made this task easy and simple to understand. We unfortunately experienced bad advice and service from a solicitor who did not commit to the process, Bryce however suggested another solicitor who we have been very happy with. Bryce liaised with both the old and new solicitor to ensure that probate was processed and kept us updated throughout the process. The relationship he built with us, and the new buyers of mum's house has been outstanding. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bryce to any prospective buyers or sellers.

I found Bryce to be someone I trusted, was honest and did the best job he could to sell my mothers house. I wanted someone with experience and knowledge of the market and he delivered.
