"Costs"

Aberdare and cessnock was idealy priced for rentals cheap. now getting populated as people took advantage of cheap rent. rent now hitting newcastle prices. fuel and shopping cheaper in newcastle now. traffic getting like charlestown traffic making newcastle easier to live in
