Our interaction with Century 21 began with us as tenants, renting a property through them in New Lambton. We found both Casey, Jesse and the team to be very professional, but also friendly, fair and honest. When it came time to rent out our own investment property, we knew we wanted Casey and her team looking after us. They were amazing! From the moment we contacted Casey we knew we had made the right decision. From taking over the lease from another agent and organising inspections, to sourcing us reliable and trustworthy tenants, the process has been very smooth and efficient. Weve recently moved away from Newcastle and as such, have handed over our own home for Century 21 to manage as well. It is incredibly comforting to know that Casey, Jesse and team are looking after our properties. We highly recommend Casey, Jesse and the Century 21 Novocastrian Rental department.
