My agent, Charles Shi, is really helpful in helping me locate and purchase the current property. He is very professional and patient in explaining related details and send the information we required in a timely matter. The whole process is very pleasant.
Great communication, supportive team and great outcome
The team of Andrew and Charles delivered an exceptional result in the sale of our property. Their conduct was always highly professional and, as such, gave us confidence that this significant transaction was in the best of hands. We felt well-informed at each step along the way and are so glad we chose the A Team!
Charles is not just the most honest, helpful real estate agent Ive ever met, hes one of the nicest people Ive ever may hands down. The words integrity, honesty and trustworthy dont generally go hand and hand in this profession, but Charles is one out of the box. Amazing result, amazing service, genuine thoughtfulness and concern. Id recommend him to any family or friend without hesitation.
Charles Shi is an incredible agent! He is extremely helpful and resourceful without being pushy or 'salesy'. Very patient and respectful throughout the whole process, and ended up selling our property for more than our asking price, and before auction!!! Very grateful for Charles and all of his hard work :) Thankyou!
Charles is very professional and helpful
Charles and Adrian did a great job helping us sell our home in Blackburn North. They have a friendly and approachable style and are hard working and genuine. They gave good advice and took a lot of the stress out of selling our first home. The close network between Jellis Craig agents was an advantage in negotiating our sale prior to auction.
I was very happy with the way Charles Chi conducted the sale of my property at 5 Esta Street, Blackburn North. The house was put for sale during COVID which made it more difficult regarding inspections etc. however fortunately for us the restrictions were eased just before the auction took place allowing maximum attendance on the evening of the auction. My expectations all along were that I would get $1M and was happy with the result of $1,144M. Charles was most courteous and helpful to us as being an older person I am not very computer literate requiring Charles to assist me in this regard. This meant that Charles had to come to our home for authorisation signatures on a couple of occasions. I was kept up to date with proceedings on a daily basis. I want to give Charles the 5 Stars Excellent review for all of his assistance and obtaining our aim.
We had a great experience selling our property with Charles Shi from Jellis Craig. He took care of the planning, marketing and sale process, with due consideration given to our individual circumstances. We felt we were in good hands from the outset and he delivered on every commitment he had made. A great result from a great team.
Charles Shi from Jellis Craig was simply amazing. It was our first auction sale and naturally we were very nervous and had little idea what needed to be done to achieve a good sale. Charles took care of everything from organizing the tradesmen to staging our house, managed the marketing campaign and finally conducted a very successful auction on the day. We sold above our reserve and could not be happier with the result. Thank you very much Charles.
