"More than a million stars!"

From listing to sale Christina expertly guided me through the process, always keeping me informed and reassured. If youre a vendor looking for a stress-free and successful sale, look no further than Christina Penrose! Shes the real deal - professional, friendly and totally dedicated to getting the best results for her clients. Christina recommended having the home styled and that was the key to unlocking the full potential of the homes value. On auction day the bidding was fierce, and I was thrilled to hear third and final offer I give Christina 10 stars, 100 stars, make that more than a million stars!! Thank you very much Christina!!!

"Christina worked very hard to get the best result!"

Fantastic Real Estate agent, honestly couldn't have asked for better! Selling my first home I was very uncertain and didn't just want to go with any major firm. Christina worked very hard to get the best result, worked with me and answered any of my enquiries at anytime, very professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommend her to anyone I know without hesitation.

"Professionals in every aspect of the real estate business"

I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from Grant and Christina calls for an exception. Grant and Christina put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and me to sell our home. They knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave us excellent guidance along the way. We could not have been happier working with Grant and Christina! They are professionals in every aspect of the real estate business. Would definitely use their service again.

"Trustworthy agents who will put you first"

Grant Penrose is the best agent I have ever worked with! He managed the sale of my St Lucia investment property with unrivalled professionalism. He communicated well with me every step of the way. Importantly, he listened to me and gave sound advice, but never applied pressure. I strongly recommend Grant and Christina Penrose as trustworthy agents who will put you first.

"Superior Agent"

So professional!! I left the sale of the houses in her hands and she achieved a fantastic price for both. Christina's vast experience in the real estate market was clearly evident during the sale process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Christina if you are looking for a knowledgeable and accomplished agent to help with a property.

"Christina and Grant ensured that the process wasn't stressful"

We were looking to purchase a home in Brisbane for 10+months, before we were fortunate to finally buy one. From the start, Christina and Grant ensured that the process of heading into auction wasn't stressful. They supported us as buyers, answering any questions we had, even after the property was settled. They checked in with us, making sure that our needs were being met. They went as far to gift us a hamper once we moved in. We would have them sell our home. Thank you, Christina and Grant.

"The attitude to selling by Penrose Real Estate has been exceptional"

Thank you Grant and Christina, for your efforts culminating in the sale of my studio apartment in Bardon. There were times that I never thought it would sell when dealing with other realtors over the past 5 years. From the cappuccino you got for me at our first meeting, the professional video, exceptional deal you organized via realestate.com.au right through to delivering documents to the purchaser at settlement, the attitude to selling by Penrose Real Estate has been exceptional. Thank you for treating my unit as though it were yours. Kind Regards Tony Van der Niet

"They made us feel like we were their top priority"

We really appreciated the hard work and commitment both Christina and Grant had in assisting us to sell two very different properties at the same time. The level of service is phenomenal and though both properties were are very different price points they treated both the same. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped make what was a stressful time more easeful. They worked super hard to ensure that we got the very best price possible for both properties but also assisted us in keeping our expectation inline with where the market was at. They have the highest level of service I have seen for a very long time and it was like a breathe of fresh air. I cannot recommend this team highly enough! Thank you both.
