I was recently given the responsibility of selling a home for an elderly family friend. Morton was recommended as Excellent Agents and from there Damian Kennedy came to meet me at the home in Ryde. At my first meeting with Damian his friendly confident enthusiastic manner made me feel at ease. Damian has put so much more effort into selling this home than I had expected. He kept me updated daily he phoned or texted with all progress on buyer interest and returned my calls promptly if I had any queries A wasps nest appeared at the front door the day before open house it wasnt there the next day he took the time out to organise its removal contacting a local Pest Control Service. Damian would also arrive well ahead of scheduled Open House times so he could open and air the home and light scented candles. Professionalism with a personal touch.. thankyou Damian as you saved me many hours in peak hour traffic. On Auction Day we achieved the very best result expected and this is due to Damians passionate hard work his honesty and genuine want to do the best for all involved. Thank you this sale was easy and stress free and I couldnt recommend Damian highly enough.
