"Great Specialised Agent"

Damian Kennedy is one of the best agents that weve met. With his sufficient market knowledge and specialised communication skills, both vendor and potential purchasers can always get required information. In respect to negotiation, Damian has done a great job to achieve the goal for both parties. Overall, he is a top specialised agent who would be very helpful to anyone that want to sell their property.

"Thanks!"

Thanks to Damian's hard work and focus, my apartment sold at auction for the very price I had hoped to achieve. This would not have been possible without Damian's effort as we were on a very short time frame. From the beginning, Damian was well prepared, motivated and most important of all, persistent. His manner at all times was friendly, encouraging and polite. There was a relationship of trust between us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Damian to any potential vendors. Their property will be in safe hands. My thanks again to Damian and the Morton team.

"One of the Best"

I was recently given the responsibility of selling a home for an elderly family friend. Morton was recommended as Excellent Agents and from there Damian Kennedy came to meet me at the home in Ryde. At my first meeting with Damian his friendly confident enthusiastic manner made me feel at ease. Damian has put so much more effort into selling this home than I had expected. He kept me updated daily he phoned or texted with all progress on buyer interest and returned my calls promptly if I had any queries A wasps nest appeared at the front door the day before open house it wasnt there the next day he took the time out to organise its removal contacting a local Pest Control Service. Damian would also arrive well ahead of scheduled Open House times so he could open and air the home and light scented candles. Professionalism with a personal touch.. thankyou Damian as you saved me many hours in peak hour traffic. On Auction Day we achieved the very best result expected and this is due to Damians passionate hard work his honesty and genuine want to do the best for all involved. Thank you this sale was easy and stress free and I couldnt recommend Damian highly enough. Morton are extremely lucky to have him on their Sales Team their Company Values come very natural with Damian.
