We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Jellis Craig Blackburn during the marketing and selling of our home.. Daniel and Sam were thoroughly professional and a delight to work with throughout the experience. We will be recommending Jellis Craig to our friends and acquaintances.
Fantastic support and excellent service. Had never sold a house before. Samantha and Daniel made it so easy for me, would 100% recommend Jellis Craig
Very professional and great advice about how to maximise the presentation of our house for sale and great result.
Having just sold our home 2 weeks prior to auction ,we would like to say how supportive and reliable Daniel Bullen and his team from Jellis Craig Blackburn was during this time. They managed to make selling our house a positive experience hence reducing the stress often associated with the whole process particularly that we didnt have to go to auction. Over the 16 days the house was on the market they kept us informed and ensured that they got interest and the best possible outcome which we are extremely happy about. Daniel gave us great tips to present the house and have it ready which helped us get the result. We are pleased we chose to sell through Jellis Craig Real Estate Blackburn and would not hesitate to use their service again or to recommend them to our friends.
It was an amazing journey working with Samantha and Daniel. Theyve been helpful from start to end. Will definitely recommend and use them in future.
Daniel and Samantha were a terrific team to work with. Great communicators, honest and thorough and always readily available. The campaign went very smoothly and we were extremely happy on Auction Day. Daniel read the crowd extremely well and navigated his way to a great sale price, well passed reserve.
Thanks Daniel and Sam, you guys put in the hard work to get the job done. We went in thinking things would happen quickly and smoothly, but in these Covid times we have to adapt and be flexible! Two campaigns and a lot of opens got the result we needed - thanks for your persistence and positive attitude.
We were very impressed with the professionalism, communication and friendliness of the Jellis Craig team. Daniel and Samantha were enthusiastic, honest and provided us with an outcome that was beyond our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jellis Craig.
We have to say that Covid19 2020 definitely impacted our personal and professional life and created stress around putting our house on the market!! But we are grateful to be able to say that despite this we received heartfelt and genuine support during this difficult time and process from Daniel and Samantha the "dynamic duo" from Jellis Craig Blackburn. Right from the start Daniel and Samantha contacted us promptly, came to our home, listened to our needs, gave hints on what to do to improve on the place for marketing and sale, they agreed to our preferences re terms of advertising and open house days, they were sensitive to our concerns around finance, answered any questions promptly, offered contacts for whatever we required and they continuously followed up and set a timeframe for action which resulted in a fantastic sale during a very tricky Covid19 time. Our overall experience was exceptional and this was because of the level of special customer service we received.
It was an absolute pleasure and relief using Daniel Bullen from Jellis Craig to sell my mothers house . He was clear and upfront with the process and showed great empathy and consideration for our large familys sensitivities with the sale of our 53 year old family home. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to future clients.
