Having been a first time landlord, I was quite anxious about what to expect and didnt have much of an understanding around the process of renting out our property. Daniella was extremely helpful, responsive, polite and provided knowledge, advice and peace of mind throughout the entire process. I am so pleased that we chose Biggin & Scott as our managing agent and highly recommend Daniella for all future property management needs! We will definitely be using them again should we need to in the future. Thank you so much, you made a somewhat daunting process easy to deal with.
Daniella is fantastic at her job. Having large experience over the years with numerous investment properties. Daniella has been by far the best property manager I have worked with. Could not highly recommend her enough. Shes thorough, communicative and generally cares about her clients properties. Great work !!
Daniella was friendly, courteous and very efficient in her work. She helped to rent out our house fast and was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we are very satisfied with Daniella and would highly recommend her to our friends!
Daniella has been our agent for over a year and it was a great pleasure to be one of her tenants. The service and support was always prompt, fair and honest. I would recommend her to any landlord as she will ensure your tenants are happy and stay in the properties for the long term.
We engaged Daniella to handle the leasing of a house in Heathmont after purchasing it. Daniella provided an excellent service from the beginning for the process, right to the end, she kept me promptly and well informed all the way through the leasing process. Daniella worked diligently to find tenants for our property, her communication and response are both excellent and she has proven to be very reliable and professional. We couldnt be happier with Daniella she quickly had good tenants for our property and highly recommend her service to anyone looking for property manager.
She is reliable, professional and easy to get along with. Awesome work ethic! My home had its first open on the Wednesday and rented out the following Monday!
Daniella has made a great first impression right from the start as me and my husband found her friendly and professional during our first meeting. She was very thorough in explaining to us about her role and responsibility, and kept a close contact with us after our first meeting. When we have decided to go with Biggin and Scott to lease our house, she was fast and efficient in organizing professional photography and subsequently the marketing campaign of the house. We were impressed with Daniellas description of our house. Our house was leased after one inspection, just a week after we have decided to go ahead with Biggin and Scott. Overall, we are really happy with the work that Daniella has done for managing the lease of our house thus far. Thank you Daniella!
