Danielle, has been managing my property for a couple of years now. She has been very professional and communication has been excellent. Wouldn't trust anyone else to manage my property. Danielle has been fantastic.

"knowledgeable"

Danielle Talia Manages several properties for me, i have also recommended her to my family and my friends and we cant be happier with the service and care she offers. she treats every property like her own and goes above and beyond not only for the landlords but also for the tenants. cant recommend her highly enough. thanks for your work danielle

"Best property management team"

I reckon Woodards Manningham has one of the best property management team in Victoria. I say so with confidence through personal experience as a landlord (now called rental provider) of over twenty years. At Woodards, my rental property is being and has been for a few years looked after by Danielle Talia, an experienced real estate agent and a very capable Property Manager indeed. With excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills, Danielle is a friendly, responsive and effective agent. I feel comfortable knowing that I have someone and indeed an organization I can turn to for support and advice on matters regarding properties. Danielle would not shy away from my rental issues that might arise from time to time, she acts promptly each time to deal with the matter at hand to reach the best positive outcome possible. I appreciate and value her past and ongoing support and service very much. Before Danielle joins Woodards, my rental property was looked after by Michael Talia then at another real estate agent, so I know the performance of Danielle and Michael well. I am happy to see that they both are now at Woodards, providing excellent quality service to their clients.
