Dave satisfactorily and continuously fulfils the fundamental role in the livelihood of buyer, seller and tenant upholding all contractual obligations. We had the property listed with another agent for over 4 months with them trying to make us accept a price over 100k less than our asking price. The in depth knowledge, experience and genuine ethical sales talent of Dave and his colleague Reece Beckely saw our property under contract within less than a week at the price we were hoping for!
Excellent experience with David & Barry Plant Werribee. Very kind , responsive and professional service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking at using their services
