I followed David's advice every step of the way - including delaying the sale, having the house vacant rather than tenanted, having a designer furnish it and choosing an efficient solicitor to make the sale go smoothly. The house was sold prior to auction for a price slightly higher than the predicted range. David was always quick to respond to emails and texts. The process was very smooth, even though I was overseas for most of the time. I would highly recommend.
