"Very Professional Agent"

What I love about Drew is his professionalism. I was blown away from the very beginning when I received the information pack from him, which was the highest standard I have ever received. This level of professional was maintained through the whole process. What made me further decide to choose Drew as an Agent was that he was truly enthusiastic about selling my home, and absolutely believed he could and he did within a short period of time. His communication throughout the whole process was fantastic, as he kept in constant touch and sent a weekly report. He is honest and absolutely dedicated to achieving the best result possible. I would highly recommend Drew as an Agent, and would use him again.

"Exceptional service and a True Professional"

As an agent myself for more than 16 years outside of the Hamilton area, I was well aware of the all smoke and mirrors some agents will say and do to win the listing. Well before making our decision on who we would use to sell out home, both Drew and Carter were always keeping us up to date, inviting us to new opportunities and keeping in touch, they were very proactive and on the front foot which was impressive and was just the sills we wanted in an agent to represent our house. Drew and Carter presented us with a plan, executed the plan and in tough period in the market, achieved a fantastic result. We should highly recommend the Drew Davies team to anyone considering selling their property professional can do attitude and he did what he said he was going to do!! The Drew Davies Team 5 STARS!!!

"I cant believe I bought a property off Instagram!"

We were looking for our next project. We were searching high and low and all of a sudden I saw a great opportunity while flicking through Instagram. Drew was a dream to deal with, he kept us well informed. Gave us great advice around buying at Auction and subsequently purchasing before Auction. We would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling, because his advice and communication was exceptional.

"11/501 Queen St"

My wife and I have just recently sold our apartment in Admiralty Towers 2 here in Brisbane. We had no idea of which Real Estate Company to use to sell our unit as you would be aware there are so many to pick from. We had no scientific plan as to who we would talk to first other than a very close friend of ours had one of your flyers place in her letterbox in a close suburb to the city. The importance of this flyer cannot be underestimated. We contacted Drew who with his associate Reece called in to see us with regard to the sale of our unit, the conversation went very well and we came on board with the Drew Davies team. At every stage of the operation both gentlemen were happy with which allowed us to in the words of Julia Gillard move forward. So to finish we would just like to say thank you to all of the Drew Davies team here in Brisbane for a job very well done, your company should be proud of all of them. Yours sincerely, Teena & Andrew Mason

"Gold Class Service"

So its 9:50am and Im stuck at work with absolutely no chance of making it to my 10am appointment with Drew for a second look at an apartment Im considering buying. Trouble is Ive booked a building inspector. And Ive also booked my own builder to comment on the possibility of renovation. Problem? Nope. Not with Drew on my side. I phone Drew and in the one minute I have he takes the name and number of the builder and the building inspector and tells me to relax; solve the work crises; and come when I can. And he handles it. Thats what you get with Drew. Service. True above and beyond style service. So will he get you a great price on a property? Yep. Will he comb Brisbane looking for the right property for you to buy? Yep. And will he deliver gold class service while doing this? Absolutely. In a crowded industry Drew Davies stands head and shoulders above the pack. And you know what? Youll end up liking this guy. Really.
