Gerard had made contact with me many years ago about selling my home but I was not ready. I watched the area and sales he carried out. He's good , nothing on the market for very long. So when it was my time it was a easy choice. I contacted Gerard and within a week i was Listed. The weather we had no control of and my 1st and only open house it was raining?? people were escorted down my Driveway. I was panicking?? But i had no need to worry. The whole team under Gerard worked there magic and the Tuesday in the following week contracts exchanged and my home now is sold awaiting settlement. I could not speak high enough of the expert knowledge and service that is given from the whole Gerard Smith Team.
