"Best agent in town!!"

As first home buyers, we found many agents would over look us and not give us the time or day. When dealing with Gillian she was so prompt in her responses and answering all our questions effectively. Gillian made buying our first home such an amazing and enjoyable process. Always going above and beyond her duties and we couldn't thank her enough for everything she did for us. Thank you for helping us secure our first home. We would recommend Gillian to all family and friends as the best agent.

"Proffessional"

We were not able to communicate with Gillian in person throughout this process, only via email and telephone, but this didn't daunt her, she showed professionalism and enthusiasm, and provided constant feed back and guidance though out the staging, open inspections and sale negotiations. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending O'Brien Realestate and Gillian.

"Top Agent!!"

Gillian has a way with words and knew how to draw us in when making the decision of who to go with when selling our home. One minute we were chatting, the next minute we were signing a contract. But hey we figured if she hooked us with ease, persuasion and professionalism just imagine her at work with the sale of our home. She was definitely the one to sell our home. Thanks to both her and Rod who not only exceeded our expectations but just simply got the job done
