Grant was a wonderful real estate agent from start to finish. His knowledge of the area is fantastic and he was very kind, helpful & fair the whole way through the buying process. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always fast with a response to a question or request. We would happily recommend Grant to any of our friends and family who are looking for a reliable real estate agent that is genuine, down-to-earth and who will get the job done without the headaches. Grant is a pleasure to deal with. We have recently sold multiple properties with Grant with no issues. Grant's ability to create and uphold relstionships meant we were able to setlle on properties much quicker than anticipated. Grant is never afraid to pickup the phone at all points of sale, never leaving anyone guessing and always keeping both parties well informed.

Grant went over and above for me with arranging repairs and preparation for property sales as I work away and could not arrange these things. Grant professionalism and his "nothing is to hard" approach was really refreshing and comforting. Grant's many years of experience in the market was invaluable.Grant knew when the market was changing which allowed for perfect timing for the sale of my asset. Grant was fully involved with the settlement process too!!! Going way beyond what other agents would have done,to smooth out some issues with Landgate. I certainly plan to use Grant again in any future Real Estate business. Thank you Grant

Grant is a great guy, he wasnt just working in the interest of home seller but also homebuyers, he is very easy to deal with and help with any information needed in a timely manner. Indeed Grant performance is well above five stars ratings if I could say. Grant is not greedy like some agents who are always looking for money and wont consider offers. For every home sellers and buyers Grant is your men he would support everything you needs.
