Hugh advised that moving was not easy! With an agent like Hugh who had a calm and measured approach, the process was certainly made a lot easier. Engage a good professional and that is what you expect. Selling your family home is a life event that you need someone you can trust and that is what you get with Hugh Francis.

"Selling our home- Great Result"

When we decided to downsize for our retirement and put our home that we have reared our family in, renovated and loved over the past 35 years, choosing the right agent was a difficult decision. We put Hugh Francis through a rigorous time (as did our son who wanted the best agent for us). He did us proud with the final outcome, getting above the price we expected. He & Liz communicated and offered support throughout the entire campaign. Just before the auction I told Hugh he would be the reason for us eating mince steak or fillet steak in our retirement if we didnt get the right price. We are pleased to say we are now able to eat fillet steak. Many thanks xxx

"Great Team, Great Result"

Knox residential (and in particular Hugh Francis) were recommended to be by a family member. Having a family member as a real estate agent I knew how important it was to have a team representing me who knew the area and I could trust to work independently in the field which they know best. From the first discussion we had, I knew I had the right agents working for me. Hugh and Liz really displayed their knowledge of the local area, the market and the end to end process which gave me the confidence to trust them to do their job without needing to contact me all the time. They adapted to my needs which made the whole process effortless for me and meant that I could get on with my day job still knowing that Hugh and Liz were on the ground striving for the best results. Well what can I say both Hugh and Liz were fantastic. I had meetings with 5 other agents but Hugh and Liz stood out well above all of them. I was kept up to date twice weekly with everything that was happening during the sale of our home. Their professional approach and compassion was great as I struggled through a very hard time. They helped acheive a very nice price well above our reserve. He communicated well by phone call, text, e-mail and hard copy letters to keep us updated about potential buyers and feedback from the open for inspections. Hugh approached us 4 years ago offering his service to sell our home when we were ready. He contacted us regularly keeping us up to date with the current real estate market. I did not meet all of you, and some only fleetingly, but I would like to say a very Sincere Thank You to the entire team at Knox Residential. I fully comprehend the meaning of team work being a corner stone of your work ethic/principles and values.Having said that, a simple Thank You no matter how sincere seems a little inadequate for what in the long run turned out to be an enjoyable ride thanks to the personal approach of Hugh and Liz.Having raised seven children in our home over nearly thirty years, the time had come to wn size and update. Not really knowing how to get things moving, and not wanting to be inundated with an avalanche of corporate agents.It was our daughter Courtney who reminded us that her friend who she has known since her school days, Denise was a part of the Knox Residential family, so that's how our journey began.Right from our first meeting with Hugh we felt comfortable with his professional approach and advice towards our goal.In the lead up to the auction both Hugh and Liz kept us fully informed with all aspects pertaining to the sale of our property.On the day of the auction, while having every confidence in Hugh and the team. I admit I felt a tad anxious during the final open house, not through any emotional attachment, more along the line of meeting our expectations. That was stupid.Hugh started the auction at 11.00am by 11.15 we had reached our reserve, and by 11.30am we were $117,000. over, well beyond all our hopes and expectations. I could not recommend highly enough the services of Knox Residential and Hugh Francis, to anybody, buying, selling or just seeking advice.If while reading this anyone think's,"Hang on that's what they are supposed to do its their job". Yes I agree. But they do it traordinarily Well.
