"Looking to sell? Consider Jason with 26 years in the game"

Since first meeing Jason to discuss the possiblity of selling, we clicked sharing a sports loving background. He appraised the property and its potential if renovated. His finance contact enabled me to draw down aginst equity with a better rate and T's&C's than my lender, in order to complete renovations. An unexpected hurdle was uncovered just prior to settlement from the buyers side. Causing the settlement to be delayed, through no fault of his own. His poeple skills, knowledge and open communication between all parties was instrumental in keeping the contract alive, when it may have absorbed several times.
