"A Great Experience!!"

Jemma was very professional and knowledgeable with her recommendations in relation to selling my home. Selling it in one week was really amazing and I have recommended Jemma already to people who are considering selling. Jemma was also very helpful, bright, happy and confident. A 60-day settlement was also perfect for us. Thanks Jemma you did an amazing job.

"Jemma is very friendly, approachable and professional with a good knowledge of the local current market."

Very happy with her negotiation skills to get the best buyer for our property. We have used Jemma when buying and selling property previously and would highly recommend her as an agent.

"Classy and Professional"

From the moment we viewed the property, Jemma's professionalism stood out, our negotiations through her were excellent and the knowledge of the property were also superb, if I were listing a property to sell, I would have no hesitation in enlisting Jemma to represent it, no question. All in all I do think they have a great team at Harcourts South Coast.

"Purchasing a home in Goolwa North"

Jemma went above and beyond to ensure that all documentation was completed and my requests were promptly, addressed. She communicated with the buyer and the Manager of the lifestyle estate I was buying into. Her real estate knowledge is sound, she is highly organised and remained calm under pressure. I would recommend Jemma to any potential buyer or seller, to be well looked after. Many thanks

"Purchase out little piece of paradise"

We have been very happy with Jemma Morris, we have bought our property without having actually seeing it ourselves due to the current situation, Jemma has done everything she could to make sure my family were able to view and inspect. All the team at Harcourts has been amazing, definitely recommend using their service for purchasing and for property management, they have made us feel very confident we have made the right decision.

"Sale and Purchase"

Firstly, thanks for your message Thursday night regarding the above properties for which you have managed for us. I just wanted to let you know how lucky Harcourts are to have you in their team. Both Raewyn and myself have been continually impressed with your customer service excellence and impeccable communication. I have met many people in my time in my business dealings as well as being a demanding operations manager and I can tell you your service is "Gold Class" and you could write the rules of Customer Service 101 as you exceed in all customer expectations. I rarely have come across these qualities in life and credit due where credit is due. The whole process was faultless and it was a breeze to deal with you and your team in the background. Today we always hear of the bad experiences and it is important we let those individuals and organisations know when they have gone above and beyond and you guys nailed it. Much Appreciated as always

"Exceptional"

Both Jemma and her PA Sarah worked very hard to sell out property very quickly and it was a smooth process. As we do not live near Goolwa not having to go down there to sort anything out was very handy and all of the help we needed with finding a conveyancer etc was never too much of a hassle for Jemma and Sarah, thank you
