Each property overlooks the marina basin, reserve and board walks.
There is extra car parking and established reserves with a great mix of residents’.
Predominately couples that are seeking permanent low maintenance living, or family weekenders.
Moorings are available to hire and there is a small mowing contribution applicable.
Beautiful sunset’s, waterside boardwalks and lush green lawns you don’t have to mow!
