Throughout the length of our lease, Jerry always took months to respond to any of our emails. When our lease with him ended, my housemates and I decided to go our separate ways. When our new agent called asking for our previous rental reference as they hadn't responded to any calls or emails in over a week, I called Jerry respectfully asking if he could have a look into it, to which he responded very angrily with "the amount of reference requests I have for your house is unheard of (it was less than 10 for two different groups), and "don't push your luck", and hung up on me. I've never been so disrespected in a professional setting in my entire life. A coworker of his even texted us saying that Jerry has anger issues and that we should feel sorry for him for being stressed, but I do not accept that as an excuse for the way he spoke to me.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for an outstanding result on Saturday. Jerry right from the start we knew our property was in great hands. You enthusiasm, experience, professionalism shine above all other real estate representatives . No stone was left unturned, avenues explored, we even had a mishap of locking ourselves out of our home 4 days prior to auction at 11.30am and again above and beyond your duty within 15 minutes you where there unlocking our front door to let us in our home. Legendary! A life saver! Jerry I wish you all the very best in life, now and in the future. With your extremely high standards, ethics, commitment and dedication you will soar higher than any eagle. Without a doubt second to none, you as our agent where an asset of the highest caliber, even greater that our home. Thank you once again to you Jerry.
