John provided great local knowledge for the location and responded in a very timely manner. John was also accommodating with promptly arranging site visits as required. The successful purchase happened within a short settlement time frame.
From my first meeting with John Walter, I was impressed with his knowledge of the Portarlington real estate market. His guidance was reassuring and proved to be accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.
John was very friendly and relaxed - but always professional! He never pressured us and he was always upfront.
John obtained a very good result with the sale of our property (84 Princess Street, Drysdale.) The first two or so weeks of our association with John left us with some doubt as to whether or not we had made the right decision by choosing LJ Hooker. We clearly werent on the same page as to the progress of the sale of our property. However, after an informal meeting with John and Alastair things clearly moved ahead. Thankfully after a lot of hard work from John we managed to obtain a very favourable result ( price ). Thank you John.
