It has been a pleasure dealing with Kate. Kate was very honest upfront and gave a realistic assessment of our property. I would recommend her for anyone needing to rent out a property, especially to first time landlords as she has great knowledge of the market and also the end to end process.

Kate organised everything for my lease from beginning to end. Communication was efficient and took into consideration the details I wanted in the initial meeting. I was surprised that she included the clause about the floorboards in the agreement which was an item discussed weeks ago. That is attention to detail!
