I am delighted to write this Review for Kaye Dixon which she truly deserves. I have dealt with a lot of Real Estate Agents and I am happy to pass this onto other Owners that are thinking of selling their property. Kaye is very ethical and extremely outstanding as a real-estate agent, she knows the market and how to price accordingly. Kaye has proved to be one of the best agents in the district and her advice and communication always goes without saying. Kaye sold my property before it went to marketing saving me thousands of dollars, in fact within hours. I would highly recommend Kaye to any property owner that wants the job done, she is professional from Listing through to Selling. Her advice is paramount, and she shows her experience in the industry. I did have previous dealings with Kaye over 7 years ago when buying my home. Being in Tasmania it was extremely hard to keep up with the market in Drouin. Once again Kaye kept in touch until she found a suitable property and once again, a pleasure to deal with and once again I didnt have to worry about a thing. Absolute Pleasure Kaye Dixon.

"WHAT AN AGENT"

We have known Kaye since 2009 when she sold us our block. My husband is in an adjacent industry and has dealt with Kaye over the last 4 years. She is highly regarded by her peers and that regard is justified. We found her trustworthy, efficient, professional and outstanding in her dealings on our behalf. We sold our home within 2 weeks - a record for us. If ever Kaye needed a reference (which I very much doubt) we would be more than happy and willing to do so. She is one amazing lady.

"Kaye made everything easy"

We would certainly use Kaye again and recommend her without hesitation. Within 10 DAYS Kaye secured an offer at full asking price and our preferred short settlement date. An amazing effort since Kaye had taken over the sale of our mother's house after it had been previously listed with another real estate agency for 15 weeks without a result. Kaye was a delight to work with, a great communicator and ahead of the game at all times. Our questions were always answered but really we didn't have to ask, as Kaye was always on top of things and communicating with us throughout. Kaye restored our faith, she is one of the good ones... we only wish we had signed with her first time round.
