my overall experience with Lia was quite professional and friendly, but there was a point in time where she came across as unnecessarily rude. my partner and i merely had a question about the process of moving in on a Sunday. now, while we know that she was working fro home, she had previously messaged us out of working hours with information, and so we didn't think sending a message at around dinner time was a big deal. we also didn't know that it was a personal phone, and thought that the message would be received during working hours the next day. we were fronted with as i said what came across as a rude response, and was not really necessary. while we maintained a professional face in apologizing, we were still given a forceful reminder of working hours and told it what we had done was inappropriate. again, we did not mean to offend on anger anyone, but this matter could have been handled much better.

We changed over to Lia after being unimpressed with another agency. We have found her to be fantastic in dealing with our tenants and sorting any issues that may arise. We don't need to worry what is happening with our properties as she keeps us informed at all times. Couldn't recommend her any more highly.
