For the past 2 months Ive had the absolute pleasure of having Lynne Steinhauer as my realtor. As a first home buyer Lynne was there for me every step of the way and helping me navigate buying my first home. Lynne really cares about her clients, she always ensured I was kept updated and eased my nerves through this exciting but nerve racking time of my life. Lynne makes you feel very special and only wants to make you happy and goes the extra mile. I am so fortunate I had her through my process and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase their home. Thank you Lynne.
I had a wonderful experience with Lynne selling my property quicker than I expected. She is the most amazing person to deal with. Thank you so much for your hard work Lynne!
We found Lynne to be an excellent choice for an agent to sell our house. Lynne's knowledge and go get them attitude were big pluses in selling our home. It sold in 11 days for a great price. Her negotiation skills were first class. We would highly recommended Lynne and O'Brien Real Estate Werribee to all our friends.
Lynne has a excellent understanding of the area and finding the right property for our needs. She is great to deal with, flexible, has excellent communication skills, up front and honest. Definitely will go the extra mile - would highly recommend whether selling or buying
We purchased our first investment property from Lynne and she has been an absolute star ever since the first inspection. My impression of Lynne from the start is bright, honest, trustworthy and readily willing to assist. This lady has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to assist us even after we had made the purchase at auction! She was simply doing us a favour again and again without a single complaint. We cannot thank Lynne enough for her great services. Top agent, hands down!
Lynne is amazing.. she sell my house just in 1 week .. price is nearly 50000 more compare to another agent's ..only 1 inspection and deal done .. we were surprised.. i don't know how she did it .. she is very strait forward.. No confusions ..eveything was crystal clear .. no marketing gemicks.. Settlement just in 10 days .. i am very very happy with her services ..
Every interaction with Lynne was amazing whom worded the process in an easy to understand language. I could not thank her enough. She took the time to provide (this first home seller) clear and concise steps on what i needed to do to achieve the best outcome for my property, asked the right questions and even had knowledge from lending perspective to ensure all aspects of selling my house was considered/seamless. Lynne also had the right connections with third party suppliers to help me fix and decorate my home for a great price which was very convenient with my busy schedule. Not only did my property sell within a shorter than expected time frame it also sold for a great price for both purchaser and myself. I definitely would recommend Lynne to anyone selling a home and will only sell my property with Lynne going forward. THANK YOU LYNNE!
