I have been associated with Marcel for the last 5 years and I guess that explains it all. Never had to think once about changing the agents in the last 5 years. The process had always been very simple when dealing with Marcel which is absolutely a must for all landlords. When I got him on-board, it was my first investment property and Marcel made it absolutely seamless for me finding the tenants. He is very professional in his dealings and most importantly communicates well and regularly with the landlords and tenants as per the situation. I would definitely recommend Marcel for property management.

You will not find a more knowledgeable or diligent man , anywhere. We changed our minds FOUR times between whether we were going to sell or rent out our investment home and sell our personal domestic home too. We had got to the stage of listing ,selling our home and had a lit advertising sign board installed and on the first open day , canceled the sale , completely. He never demurred or complained and remained perfectly friendly and courteous. He is a BRILLIANT, "" PEOPLE PERSON "" !!!! He regularly went out of his way to help out , in all regards. Whether it was to get a client through our home (out of the recognized viewing times),, helping with forms and a multitude of other events. He even did dusting, cleaning and significant helped in dealing with any builder new home issues to !!!! We would have no hesitation in recommending him and or using his services again. Marcel is a terrific agent to deal with. He is friendly, hands on and professional. He takes all the hard work of attending to everything from insurance, to inspections to lease renewals in his stride. He is well informed about the market and provides expert and timely advice. He is completely trustworthy, I just leave everything to him, he only contacts me about things where I am required to make a decision, the rest of the time he just gets on with things and always delivers rental statements on time.

Just the managing agent you want if you are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, on the ball and looks after your property. Marcel took over the managing of my property and it's a relief knowing he is in charge. He keeps me posted on what's going on and is always prompt with other queries that I have. The key is communication and he does this superbly.
