Mark Hay undertook the sale of our home at a difficult time in the Perth real estate market. As prices were falling and it was becoming a buyer's market, Mark was very encouraging and positive achieving a very satisfactory price in the falling market. He also helped us negotiate the purchase of an aprtment in Fremantle which we had been searching for a long time. He was an excellent negotiator helping us to achieve a good price and our required conditions. Mark assisted us in purchasing an investment property in 2013 in Perth. We renovated it and rented it within 2 months. Due to an unexpected family issue we then required to sell the apartment in 2015 to raise some cash. Mark managed to find a buyer within 2 weeks and we made a proft on the sale of the apartment. We would be very happy to use Mark's real estate services again!
