Highgate, just moments from Perth's CBD, offers a unique blend of heritage charm and modern convenience. We've been renting in Highgate for over a year, walking distance to restaurants and bars in Northbridge and Mount Lawley. My partner and I work in Perth CBD, I usually ride my bicycle to work and it takes only 15 mins (3k) and partner walks every morning to his office in 20 mins (2.5k). We have a free zone bus stop just 5 minutes!

Fashionable busy area that is getting better and better. Great pubs that isn't overloaded with bogans the queens, brisbane and flying scotsman all on your doorstep.
The best eating in Perth in one area, Beaufort street one way for nice meals and William street the other for cheap Asian food. The top rated state schools in WA are available to us. Walk to Perth Glory and the city is only 15 mins stroll. Hyde park around the corner.
Better than Subi and more to do than Leederville.
