Matthew Hanlon is by far the best property manager I have ever dealt with. He cares for both the property owner and the tenant. He treats all fairly and with kindness and compassion. He values forming relationships and can be trusted to be honest and reliable.

My experience with Senior Property Manager, Matthew Hanlon, has been outstanding. Matthew was able to advertise, show and re-lease my property all within a couple of weeks of signing the agency agreement. There will be minimal vacancy between tenants as a result and he achieved an increase in rent! Very happy, particularly given how challenging the rental market is for owners currently. Moreover, his communication through out the process was great, far better than my previous experiences with property managers. Couldnt recommend Matthew and Marriott Lane highly enough!
