Matt has been fantastic during the purchase of our new home. Very responsive and an excellent service all round!
From our first telephone conversation Matt understood our requirements exactly. He did not apply any pressure to purchase any particular property and went out of his way to fit in with with regards to inspections. Once we had made our decision he made the paperwork process, although a lengthy one, quite clear and relaxed. He has a knowledge of relevant professions in the area to assist in the purchasing process such as building and plumbing inspections if required. I have no hesitation in contacting Matt in the future for my real estate needs.
Matt Clark is professional, friendly and very approachable. His communication/negotiation skills are excellent. He achieved a good sales result for our property and I am more than happy to recommend him.
Got me over asking price with a quick sale and short settlement. 5 stars.
Matt Clarke is a brilliant realestate agent with full of knowledge. We are so happy with his job done. He is a fabulous personality to deal the matter
Funny enough i had been thinking of selling a property i had for sometime and low and behold out of the blue Matt gave me a curacy call regarding this block of land that i had purchased from him some year prior , he asked if i was still building or in the market to sell , i asked for a budget estimate and he preformed well above expectations . Thanks Matt .
I would recommend Matt Clark anytime and to anyone. I found him ver approachable and always easy to contact. No question or queary was too small, simple or too hard. The presentation work and recommendations for staging/selling my property were excellent. I would like to take this chance to thank Matt and the team for making the sale of my property an easy and uncomplicated experience.
Being a first home buyer was rather daunting but Matt was very helpful throughout the process and kept me informed of the progress of my offer and settlement. He was always ready to answer my questions.
Matt was fantastic in getting us our first home. Wether it was replying to messages/phone calls, providing advice or even providing details for pest control inspections, Matt was willing to go the extra mile to keep us at ease. As the communication was honest and upfront, we were able to make a solid offer which was accepted. We cant wait to move into our first home!
Matt was a great agent to deal with who was professional and prompt with his responses in purchasing our land. He made the whole process quick and easy and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks again Matt
