"Outstanding"

Throughout our tenancy, Melissa has been outstanding. Maintenance issues that were reported, although minor, were handled quickly and efficiently. Melissa really created a stress-free living situation for us. If I ever have the privilege of owing an investment property in the future, I would have no hesitation in appointing Melissa to manage the property and future tenancies.

"smooth and stressfree"

As a new tenant of Prime Residential, I appreciate how helpful the team has been to ensure a smooth and stress-free process. I was prompted to write this review by the surprisingly thorough condition report, which bodes well for the level of care and attention to detail I can expect for the rest of my tenancy. Thanks Melissa and Sophie!

"Blown away"

I've just come on board as a new tenant in an apartment in Melbourne Victoria. I had to jump on and post a 5-star review straight away, because I was blown away by how exceptional the service was from this real estate. To me, they were extremely nice, and respectful, and friendly, and hard working. To all the staff here, I am so grateful for your help. Thank you
