After successfully selling our family home of 40 years with Woodards from Preston, we entrusted Melissa Vitacca to search for the appropriate tenants for 4 newly built Townhouses. From the outset, Melissa mapped out an advertising campaign taking into account the current Covid climate. Within three weeks, Melissa presented us with four tenants who were appropriately researched with reference checks, and met the campaign brief perfectly.
