We were delighted with the result that Mia, Mel and Frank were able to achieve for the recent sale of our house. In a changing market that was fraught with uncertainty, you all worked as a team, including us, and you were consistent, positive and realistic in your communication with us. You all made sure that we could contact you at any time and discuss any issues throughout the campaign, making the process as stress free as possible. Thank you very much.
Mia and Mel have sold 2 properties for us in Abbotsford during the last 12 months. Not only were the sale outcomes outstanding, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are a very professional team and did far more to help us than either expected or required. We highly recommend them.
I chose Mia Fredrix and Mel Spencer as the team to manage the sale of my home of 40 years based on my heart and my head. My heart responded to their friendly warmth and down to earth approach and my head responded to what I perceived as their competence, reliability and honesty. And, throughout the ups and downs of the sale process, I was happy with my choice. They were consistently calm, competent and professional. They kept me informed throughout and their understanding of the market and the sales process I found to be a continual reassurance. I was also very happy with the result they achieved. I would highly recommend both Mia and Mel, individually and as a first rate team.
From beginning to end of the sales process Mia and Mel exceeded my expectations. They had resources available to assist with every facet of sale preparation. Always on call, unfailingly easy and pleasant to deal with, the entire experience was made easier thanks to the team. Selling is stressful. No question about it. But with professional support it is so much easier to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend them for YOUR sale.
We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the excellent service provided by you and your team on the sale of our beloved sisters apartment at Chiswick. Our first contact with Mia Fredrix sold us and we knew that we would pick your team when it came time to sell. Our first meeting will stick with us for a long time, Mia came to see us with a small diary in her hand, no flashy selling paraphernalia, dressed smart and casual, (no suit and choking tie, or high heels that you cant walk in) just a nice natural approach, down to earth and a caring attitude. She sat, had a cup of tea and talked with us for nearly an hour, finding out about us and our situation (as we had just been through a pretty rough time). We have never experienced such a high level of service, sincerity and honesty from real estate agent. We commend you and your team for the personal touch, down to earth approach and your professionalism. You have made our tough journey so much easier and we cannot thank you enough. You guys are One AWESOME team.
Mel and Mia from Cobden & Hayson are different from other agents I've encountered. As a first home buyer, it can be difficult to get a handle on the steps involved in buying a home, the terminology agents use, and, sometimes, to get the agent's attention at all! Mel and Mia's communication was prompt, clear, and informative, and they were supportive in a way that set them apart from other agents. I'm genuinely glad that I purchased a home with Mel and Mia.
Once my place was sold in only just over one week, I was very pleased with myself for choosing for Mia Frederix and Mel Spencer from Cobden & Hayson. They displayed total professionalism as well as being there for me when I called, always ready to listen to my concerns and taking everything on board. I felt confident, safe that these ladies were going to do the best they could for me and when I sold after just over a week I knew that my choice was the right choice. I would highly recommend Mia for her drive, experience and commitment to get the job done successfully which she carries through and Mel for her availability, courtesy and flexibility. Thank you ladies for a job well done - and for making my experience a happy one.
Mia was the perfect agent - listening to my needs and always helpful in every respect. The sale process was without stress and Mia negotiated an excellent price.
We appreciate all the support from you both and will highly recommend Cobden & Hayson to family and friends in future. The sale price, process and support exceeded our expectations. Thank you.
Hands down my experience with Mia as a buyer was the best Ive had thus far in trying to purchase property in the highly competitive Sydney market. Mias approach was honest from the start, it was refreshing dealing with a believable agent. Each step of the way in negotiations she gave good advice, didnt make me feel pressured and in the end meant I felt comfortable going to the level I did even though it was a higher price than I anticipated paying. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mia to any of my friends or family either for selling or buying if you want to deal with a genuine trustworthy agent.
