Our first contact with Mia Fredrix sold us and we knew that we would pick your team when it came time to sell. Our first meeting will stick with us for a long time, Mia came to see us with a small diary in her hand, no flashy selling paraphernalia, dressed smart and casual, (no suit and choking tie, or high heels that you cant walk in) just a nice natural approach, down to earth and a caring attitude. She sat, had a cup of tea and talked with us for nearly an hour, finding out about us and our situation (as we had just been through a pretty rough time). We have never experienced such a high level of service, sincerity and honesty from real estate agent. "Different from other agents!"

Mel and Mia from Cobden & Hayson are different from other agents I've encountered. As a first home buyer, it can be difficult to get a handle on the steps involved in buying a home, the terminology agents use, and, sometimes, to get the agent's attention at all! Mel and Mia's communication was prompt, clear, and informative, and they were supportive in a way that set them apart from other agents. I'm genuinely glad that I purchased a home with Mel and Mia.

Hands down my experience with Mia as a buyer was the best Ive had thus far in trying to purchase property in the highly competitive Sydney market. Mias approach was honest from the start, it was refreshing dealing with a believable agent. Each step of the way in negotiations she gave good advice, didnt make me feel pressured and in the end meant I felt comfortable going to the level I did even though it was a higher price than I anticipated paying. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mia to any of my friends or family either for selling or buying if you want to deal with a genuine trustworthy agent.
