Our first contact with Mia Fredrix sold us and we knew that we would pick your team when it came time to sell. Our first meeting will stick with us for a long time, Mia came to see us with a small diary in her hand, no flashy selling paraphernalia, dressed smart and casual, (no suit and choking tie, or high heels that you cant walk in) just a nice natural approach, down to earth and a caring attitude. "Different from other agents!"

Mel and Mia from Cobden & Hayson are different from other agents I've encountered. As a first home buyer, it can be difficult to get a handle on the steps involved in buying a home, the terminology agents use, and, sometimes, to get the agent's attention at all! Mel and Mia's communication was prompt, clear, and informative, and they were supportive in a way that set them apart from other agents. I'm genuinely glad that I purchased a home with Mel and Mia.
