I first came in contact with Michael Larkings in 2014 via telephone conversations during the campaign to sell my marital home in the Sutherland Shire. What would have been a very difficult time was made so much easier through Michael's thoughtfulness and genuine caring qualities. In September I decided to sell my unit – remembering my phone conversations with Michael back in 2014, I had no hesitation calling him. When I did, I was even more pleased to learn he now had his own agency, LOCATION Real Estate Sales & Consulting. I finally got to meet Michael and his lovely wife, Sam. I have to say, it felt like we had known each other for years. He was as pleasant, caring and just as thoughtful as he was when I was dealing with him in 2014 via phone calls. I was right!! The unit went to auction and sold over $100,000 above our reserve expectations. The whole experience was unbelievable. Not only did Michael kept me up to date on everything, he even helped me with some final cleaning and rubbish removal after the sale of the unit. What Agent does that? The BEST agent does and that is Michael. I have no hesitation in recommending him. If you want an agent who is diligent, accommodating, personable, honest, knowledgeable, and who genuinely cares about his clients and puts the client first, then don’t look any further than Michael.
