"Safe, family suburb in sought after Sutherland Shire"
Caringbah South is a wonderful place to raise a family being so close to schools, shops, dental and medical offices and sporting grounds. Cronulla beaches are a short drive away. Caringbah South is suitable for people of any age. Some streets are a standout, such as Burradoo street with its quiet yet friendly neighbourhood. People genuinely care about each other. The Christmas street party is not to be missed. Love, love, love Caringbah South.

"Convenient proximity to the ocean"
I have lived here for over 20 years . Its a great location , a 10 minute drive to Cronulla , Wanda and Eloura beaches : great to be able to go for a swim , walk the Esplanade or enjoy a coffee . There are also plenty of great eateries in the area , and a convenient IGA supermarket as well as the larger Coles and Woolworths . The local bus service runs between Caringbah South , and Miranda meaning its easy to get to the local hospitals , and Westfield . Caringbah train station is also conveniently located in the main street and provides access to the CBD in 45 minutes .
The suburb is quite , plenty of parks and sports fields , tree lined streets , and a great choice of public and private schools .
