I was introduced to Michael after dealing with Brian who had to go on leave for few days. What I liked about Michael was his transparency when dealing with him. Buying a first home is nerve racking and challenging. Michael made the process easy to understand and really helped with working together with ourselves and the vendor to accept the terms we offered which included to have all our strata inspections and supported us with the contract amendments.
